Francis Mandewah received his Associate in Science degree from Springfield Technical Community College in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1986.
Francis received his Bachelors degree in Communication from State University of New York College at Brockport, New York, in 1989.
Francis received his Masters degree in Public Administration from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1991.

A social justice advocate, Francis has 14 years of experience as a probation and parole agent with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He is a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish in Ferguson, Missouri, where he currently resides and works as a counselor at a correctional facility.
